Information we handle

We may handle contact details you provide, order and payment information without the full card number, security-related technical data, and eSIM line data needed for delivery and support.

Why we use it

We use information to perform the contract, confirm payment, prepare and maintain the eSIM, prevent misuse, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Optional analytics and advertising

With your consent, we use optional cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, understanding how the store is used and improving checkout. This may include information about pages viewed, your device, approximate location, referral source and a completed purchase. We do not share your full card number or eSIM installation details.

These technologies may be provided by Google, Meta and our other analytics providers. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Refusing does not affect your purchase or the store’s essential functions.

Service providers

Information may be shared with payment providers, eSIM and network partners, hosting, email infrastructure and other processors only as needed for service and security.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We apply technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Never share installation details publicly.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to certain processing. Send your request through support.

1. What is this policy for?

We maintain a Fair Use Policy (FUP) so every Meraki customer can use a safe and reliable internet connection. Network resources are shared, and excessive use by a small number of customers can affect everyone else. This policy defines acceptable use to prevent abuse and maintain fair, reliable access.

2. Who does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to all customers using an unlimited Meraki internet package. By using the service, you accept this Fair Use Policy together with our Terms of Service.

3. How does fair use work?

Due to network constraints, full-speed data on the standard Unlimited package is limited in accordance with each network operator’s Fair Use Policy. Once the full-speed limit is reached, unlimited access continues at up to 1 Mbps.

Unlimited Plus includes double the full-speed data limit of the standard Unlimited package. Once that limit is reached, unlimited access continues at the same speed of up to 1 Mbps.

A speed of 1 Mbps is sufficient for most everyday activities, including navigation, internet calls, chatting and watching videos in low quality.

The allowance automatically renews 24 hours after usage begins, restoring access to high-speed data.

Example: if you begin using the service at 10:00, the allowance and speed reset at 10:00 the following day.

4. Why does this policy exist?

The policy is intended to:

Reduce network congestion caused by exceptionally high data use.
Provide a consistent and safe internet experience for everyone.
Respect local network operator restrictions and agreements.
Prevent automated, excessive tethering, commercial sharing or other misuse.

5. Activities that are not allowed

The following are considered violations of this policy:

Excessively sharing the connection with many devices beyond normal personal use.
Automated or extremely data-intensive use, including bulk downloads, peer-to-peer and torrent traffic.
Reselling or commercially sharing the service with third parties.
Activities that breach local laws or our network partners’ rules.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

Meraki may monitor data consumption to check compliance. In cases of excessive or unauthorized use, we may take the following measures:

Temporarily reduce internet speed below the standard restriction.
Temporarily or permanently suspend service for serious or repeated violations.
Take other steps needed to protect the network and maintain fair conditions.

7. Customer communication

There is no extra charge if you exceed the daily high-speed allowance. Speed is simply adjusted until the automatic reset after 24 hours.

8. Regional differences

Because of differing technical conditions and local operator agreements, the daily high-speed allowance may vary by location within Greece.

9. Policy changes

Meraki may update this Fair Use Policy. Significant changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Acceptance and customer responsibility

By purchasing a package and accepting our Terms of Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Fair Use Policy. The policy is publicly available before purchase.
